Member Approval Process

Review Procedures:
  • All membership applications must be signed & accompanied by the appropriate fees before processing will begin.
  • Verification that all mandatory membership requirements and criteria are satisfied
  • Reference checks conducted.
Mandatory requirements:
  • Signed acceptance of the Association Code of Ethics
  • Signed release under applicable Privacy Legislation
New Home Builders and  Builder/Developer Membership
  • Business number or GST number
  • Workers Compensation number
  • Registration with new home warranty program
  • Declaration that all new home eligible for warranty coverage will be enrolled in a new home warranty program
  • Provide references, including a financial institution, suppliers and customers
  • Provide names of company principals
Renovator Members:
  • Business number or GST number
  • Workers Compensation number
  • Liability insurance policy number
  • Must provide documented proof of surety bonding or registration with a Warranty Program
  • Provide references, including a financial institution, suppliers and customers
  • Provide names of company principals
  • Agree to make application to join RenoMark™ and abide by the RenoMark™ Code of Conduct: 

      RenoMark™ Application Requirements:
     ~ A signed copy of the RenoMark™ Agreement

General Members:
  • Business number or GST number
  • Workers Compensation number (Where applicable)
  • Provide references, including a financial institution, suppliers and customers
